At Dedicart, we aim to deliver your orders as quickly and safely as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship your orders.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed slightly. In such cases, customers will be notified.

Delivery Time

After processing, delivery usually takes:

5 to 7 business days across Pakistan.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Courier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Remote delivery areas

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within Pakistan.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above Rs. 1000
  • Orders below Rs. 1000 will have standard shipping charges applied at checkout

We use trusted courier companies to deliver your orders safely:

  • Leopards Courier
  • TCS
  • Trax
  • PostEx
  • BlueEx
  • M&P and other reliable local partners

The courier partner is selected based on location and availability.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available across Pakistan
  • There is no extra charge for COD
  • COD orders require phone verification before shipment
  • Orders will only be dispatched after successful verification call confirmation

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via:

  • Email
  • SMS
  • Tracking page (if available on website)

You can use these details to track your order anytime.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to factors outside our control. These include courier delays, natural events, or logistical issues.

Dedicart is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details.

If an order is delayed or returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Unreachable phone number
  • Failed delivery attempts

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
