At Dedicart, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase.

Return Period

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused, with tags
  • In its original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
  • Unboxing video is mandatory for return or exchange requests

⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • A fixed return shipping fee of Rs. 150 will be charged to the customer.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive:

  • A defective item
  • A damaged item
  • A wrong product

Contact us immediately with an unboxing video, so we can review and resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care products
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food items)
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We only allow exchanges if:

  • You received the wrong item, or
  • The product is damaged

📌 Unboxing video is compulsory for exchange requests.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped
  • To cancel, contact us via email or WhatsApp

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you about approval or rejection
  • If approved, refunds will be processed:
    • To the original payment method, or
    • To your bank account (for Cash on Delivery orders)
